Leadership Development

I have developed, implemented and managed award-winning leadership development programs.
A key component of these programs has been clearly defining the desired competencies, measuring the gaps in attainment of these competencies among leaders and building both individual and group learning experiences designed to close those gaps.
I am an advocate of deep, multi-process, experiential learning programs that incorporate several
learning modes including group case study, onsite instructor led experiences, independent online study and individual group coaching.
This relatively intense approach, has produced measureable individual change translating into a
minimum of a three to four time return on program investment.
